1. Fraud;

A. B. On February 5, 2013, the Defendant posted a false advertisement stating “ggggal gallon 2 poper 2 poper............” On the same day, the Defendant received KRW 530,000 from the victim’s bank in the name of the Defendant to the Agricultural Cooperative account in the name of the Defendant on the same day, as if he/she had no intent or ability to sell the mobile phone, and sent money to the victim F., who reported and contacted the said advertisement.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. Fraud by using computers, etc.;

A. From around 13:09 on June 15, 2013 to 13:14 on the same day, the Defendant, even though there was no permission from the pro-Japanese G to make small payment using his/her mobile device, provided that the Defendant, despite the fact that he/she was permitted to do so, he/she entered G’s mobile phone number (H) in the wheel of the computer, and re-enters the certification number, etc. transmitted to the above telephone machine into the computer, thereby making a total of KRW 19,100 on six occasions in the name of the purchase cost of the game contents of “Camh fishing.”
