When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2, 2015, at around 09:50, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s b (ma, 64 years of age) in front of the Southern-gu Seoul Metropolitan Council, 1251, on the street, for the reason that the victim B (ma, South and 64 years of age) who drives a taxi was flickly flicked, and was flickly flicked by his hand.
