A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At around 16:30 on August 23, 2012, the Defendant stated that “Around 16:30, Jinju-si, B, 1st century, “Around 16:4, the Defendant would make a credit account transfer to the Defendant by no later than August 27, 2012,” that “Around August 27, 2012, the Defendant would make a credit transfer to the Defendant, intending to make a settlement at home and to make a settlement at home, and 2 early January of the same year.”
However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if he purchased the counter-written credit.
As such, the Defendant received 18 KK plling (Ch 926,00 won at a market price) and 0.5 money at a time (Ch 286,000 won at a market price) from the victim.
On August 24, 2012, at the same place on August 11, 2012, the Defendant stated that “The Defendant would transfer the account at the same place as “the Defendant would transfer the account, as the price brought to the control system by August 27, 2012, on credit, to the one hand, on the one hand, because the goods offered to people are not sold,” and that “the Defendant would transfer the account, such as the price brought to the control system.”
However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if he purchased the balm on credit.
As above, the Defendant was issued 18 K K 10 10 kbs (2,320,000 won at the market price) by the victim.
