Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 12, 2012, at around 23:30, the Defendant discovered that the victim C, who was playing together with the Defendant, was 18K gold bars in the amount of KRW 700,000 at the market price, from the mutual singing shop located in the Daegu Northern-dong, Daegu-dong, Incheon-dong, and caused the Defendant to have his fingers, and that “I am hicker as women” was “I am hicker, I am hicker, while I am hicker of the victim’s fingers from the victim’s fingers, and cut off it with his hand.
