1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for one year, by imprisonment for ten months, and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.

1. Defendant A (2014 Highest 603) The Defendant, who is engaged in loan brokerage business, asked C to accept personal information from H, and C mutually recruited by accepting the Defendant’s proposal.

In the middle of January 2013, the Defendant was provided with personal information (name, resident number, cell phone number, address, workplace name, etc.) in the name of approximately 10,00 customers of credit card companies by informing H of the Defendant’s e-mail account and password through C through the loan brokerage business, and allowing H to provide personal information (name, resident registration number, cell phone number, address, workplace name, etc.) on a total of 32,000 credit card companies collected illegally from H to December 2013, 200, for the purpose of using it for loan brokerage business, etc., as shown in the list of crimes (Attachment 1) by December 2013.

2. Defendant B (2014 Highest 603) is a person engaged in loan brokerage business. On February 2, 2013, Defendant B (2014 Highest 603) was provided with personal information (name, resident number, cellular phone number, address, workplace name, etc.) of approximately 10,000 customers of credit card companies by informing H of the Defendant’s e-mail account and password and allowing H to conduct business by accessing the said e-mail, despite having knowledge of the fact that the personal information illegally collected by H was at the Defendant’s house located in K apartment 112 and 105, 100,000 customers of credit card companies, which was illegally collected at least seven times in total, from around September 2013, as described in the list of crimes (2) from around September 2013.
