A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act and the Defendant is a person engaging in driving of the vehicle B ready-light vehicle. 3. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of a passenger car B.

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, at around 06:58 on November 21, 2013, the Defendant operated the said vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance on the front of the distance of increased spawn-ro, Leecheon-si.
