1. The part against the plaintiff corresponding to the money ordered to be paid under the judgment of the court of first instance shall be revoked.

1. Basic facts

A. On December 1, 2009, the Plaintiff joined the Defendant and served until the disciplinary dismissal on June 26, 2015.

Article 1 [Purpose] The purpose of this Regulation is to promote the welfare of employees by paying school expenses to children of executives and employees.

Article 4 (Subject to Payment) (1) Persons eligible for educational expenses for children are limited to those who have worked for at least one year on January 1, 200. 2. The children of regular employees are limited to middle and high schools. Article 5 [Standards for Payment] (1) The annual standards for the payment of educational expenses for children are as follows:

1. The full amount of admission fees and tuition fees shall be paid to students in a middle or high school;

Article 6 (Methods of Payment) The school expenses shall be paid in addition to the benefits.

Article 7(1)(Procedure for Payment) The Educational Fund for Children shall be held by each department and paid by the management department with the approval of the president. 2) The employee who intends to obtain the Educational Fund for Children shall meet the following documents and submit it to the management department:

1. A written application for payment of school expenses;

2. Evidential documents (the original and copy of a payment notice receipt);

3. Article 10 (Time of Payment) of one copy of the certificate of school attendance of children shall be paid school expenses for children in the following month in which an application for school attendance of children is filed.

B. The main contents of the Defendant’s school expense payment provision are as follows.

C. The Defendant paid the Plaintiff school expenses up to the quarter of March 4, 2012, but did not pay the school expenses following the quarter of April 2012, notwithstanding the Plaintiff’s request. D.

On the other hand, the defendant is the Incheon District Court on May 31, 2013.
