Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the above fine is not paid, 50,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 5, 2013, around 05:24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) expressed to D police officers who were in charge of the issuance of boarding passes at the C Station B located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, that “I amb off. I amb off, bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch, bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” and (b) assaulted the said D once to interfere with legitimate execution of duties concerning the security patrol and maintenance of order of railroad police officers.
