Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 7, 2013, at around 22:45, the Defendant passed an abnormal ballot-counting outlet within the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Bupyeong-gu W without a boarding pass, and performed the bath theory, such as “a spiting, spiting, spiting, etc., of D’s face,” to D, who is the father of the station of the C Station, requested the presentation of a boarding pass without a boarding pass, and obstructed the performance of duties of railroad workers.
