Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, each of the above two years against the Defendants from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On August 9, 2015, at around 02:30, the injured Defendant tried to assault the security personnel of the pertinent hospital while under the influence of alcohol in the emergency room of the D Hospital located in Guro-si, the victim E (26 years) who is a doctor of the said hospital (hereinafter referred to as “the above hospital”) controlled the Defendant, and the victim E (26 years), who is the doctor of the said hospital, took the face of the victim at one time and the face of the victim’s right by hand, was over two weeks at one time, and the victim’s face was over two weeks at one time.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the investigation of crimes and the maintenance of order.

2. Defendant B

A.
