A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 3104] The Defendant, around 16:00 on October 9, 2014, committed a theft of 16 types of household goods in total amount of 80,000 won, including one face cover cover, owned by the victim D, by pretending to customers in the “E” household goods sales store operated by the victim D, Jinhae-gu, Jinhae-si, Changwon-si, Seoul.

[2014 Highest 331] On September 17, 2014, at the H convenience store operated by the victim G located in Busan Southern-gu, Busan-gu, the Defendant stolen 13 household goods worth 66,600 won in total of market prices, such as one string, which is located in the display stand, by using the gaps in which the victim G was neglected with care of the victim.

[2015 Highest 658]

1. At around 14:00 on July 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) used the gaps of employees’ surveillance negligence in the “Emart Chang datum” for the management of Emart Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., the 608 Sungwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant stolen the Defendant, by inserting it into the damaged company’s ownership, one factoring, one Doz, one Mazz, and one flaz base.

2. On February 1, 2015, at around 15:10, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft, following the Defendant’s entrance into a slope with 39,900 won or more of the market price on the display stand at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1) of this Article; (b) caused the Defendant’s theft of the said trucking shop, following the Defendant’s entrance into the slope with the “Clobnb KONNNNN” line.
