Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On April 27, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 25, 2017.
[Criminal facts]
1. On October 24, 2020, from around 17:00 to around 17:50 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the Defendant’s business operation of the victim’s restaurant operated by the victim C ( South, 59 years old) in Yong-Gun, and obstructed the victim’s restaurant operation by force, such as: (a) under the influence of alcohol, the victim sing out tobacco despite the existence of other customers; (b) the victim sing out the tobacco; and (c) the victim sing out the tobacco; and (d) the victim’s body was tight up twice in hand; (b) the victim’s body was tightly tight; and (c) the victim sing out of the tobacco; and (d) the victim sing out of the tobacco; and (d) the victim sing out of the tobacco.
2. 공무집행 방해 피고인은 2020. 10. 24. 17:57 경 전 항의 장소에서, 112 신고를 받고 출동한 영광경찰서 E 지구대 소속 경위 F이 귀가를 권유하자 ‘ 짭새 새끼, 좆만 한 새끼’, ‘ 이 개새끼야, 니가 뭔 데 가라 마라야, 나 혼자 갈 수 있어 ’라고 욕설을 하면서 위 경위 F의 상체 부분을 손으로 5회 이상 밀치고 멱살을 잡은 다음 이를 제지하던 같은 지구대 소속 경사 G의 상체 부분을 손으로 2 회 밀쳤다.
Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
3. On October 24, 2020, the Defendant who damaged public goods was arrested in flagrant offender due to the crime of interference with the performance of official duties at around 18:00 and on the back seat of the Yeongdeungpo Police Station No. 11 (H) and escorted to the Young Police Station during the course of escorting the Defendant to the Mine Police Station.
I will like to add fixed pin, which had been fixed to the above partitions, by walking at least 10 times the partitions installed between the rear seat of the patrol vehicle and the front seat of the patrol vehicle, for continuing to take a bath by, inter alia, “a person who is neither superior nor superior,” etc.
