1. On November 4, 2016, the revocation of the designation of the exclusive travel agent by the respondent against the applicant on November 4, 2016 shall suspend its effect until the 15th day from the date of the pronouncement of the case of the revocation of the designation of the exclusive travel agent in this Court 2016Guhap876.

2. The applicant's remaining requests are dismissed.

On November 4, 2016, the respondent's decision to revoke the designation of exclusive tour operators for applicants is suspended until the judgment of this court 2016Guhap8876 of the revocation of the designation of exclusive tour operators becomes final and conclusive.

According to the records and the results of examination, it is recognized that the disposition in the text may cause irrecoverable damage to the applicant, which is urgently needed to prevent such damage, and there is no other data to recognize that suspension of execution may have a significant impact on public welfare.

Therefore, the petitioner's application of this case is reasonable within the scope of the above recognition, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
