1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 358,30,00 and as to this, Defendant A, B, D, E, F, G, and H. from October 25, 201.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. While around October 2005, the Defendants organized the K Housing Redevelopment Improvement Project (hereinafter “instant project”) for the purpose of the K Housing Redevelopment Project (hereinafter “instant project”) with respect to the size of 124,330 square meters from the JJwon in Ansan-si.

B. On January 29, 2007, the provisional name promotion committee of this case entered into an administrative service agency selection agreement (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the Plaintiff on the part of the management business entity specialized in the improvement project of this case. The main contents are as follows (hereinafter “A” refers to the Plaintiff respectively). The Defendants jointly signed a joint signature with the content that they are responsible for the performance guarantee of the said agreement as the officers of the provisional name promotion committee of this case.

(hereinafter referred to as the "joint and several sureties Agreement"). The scope of administrative services under Article 2 (Scope of Services) shall be matters prescribed in Article 69 of the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents in the performance of redevelopment improvement projects on the site provided by A.

Article 4 (Sharing of Affairs)

(2) Affairs concerning applications for authorization to establish an association as an agent under Article 5;

1. Services costs for Eul shall be 0,000 won per square meter of the total floor area of the total project, and value-added tax shall be separately imposed;

Article 7 (Joint Signature of Agreement)

1. A shall establish all executives of the promotion committee as joint Signatories to perform this Agreement;

2. If a joint signatureer A loses his/her capacity as a Signatory due to death, bankruptcy, etc., he/she shall be replaced by another joint signatureer, and the replaced joint signature shall succeed to the previous obligation.

3.Joint Signatories shall be jointly and severally liable for the rights and responsibilities under this Agreement.

Article 9 (Expenses for Promotion of Projects and Time of Return)

1. The costs of the Project shall be as set out above.
