A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

(Criminal) On October 6, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for interference with the performance of official duties in the Jeju District Court's original branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on April 1, 2016.

(Criminal facts)

1.
