A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) carried a victim F (58 years old) seat in the rear seat of the passenger taxi in the Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, in order to go back to the E-Tart in front of the Gu D wedding hall located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) around 11:53, May 25, 2016.
At around 12:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) 12:00 expressed a cab at the victim’s top in front of the Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, at the above age, to change the taxi rate of 6,900 won; (b) she was reported by the Defendant; and (c) her expressed a desire to “the same bitch chch fch, bitch bitch bitch bitch,” and (d) the Defendant “the Defendant was fright son, bitch bitch bitch son,” while she was her hand to the driver’s seat of the victim, and she was her face with another hand, and she was able to take care of the victim’s chest, such as she was able to sat off from the car, she was able to see the victim’s face, and then she was able to take care of the victim’s chest and she was she was able to take care of the victim’s hair.”
After all, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation and caused the injury to the victim.
2. On May 25, 2016, the Defendant was arrested as a current criminal on the police officer J, etc. dispatched after receiving a report at the place specified in Paragraph 1 at around 12:12 on May 25, 2016.

In the end, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers related to the arrest of flagrant offenders.
