A. Defendant A is an operator of the J site, which is an illegal sports soil entertainment site, and Defendant B, Defendant C, and K are employees in charge of inviting members, managing the site, charging the betting amount, and refunding the betting amount.

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and a trustee, shall provide property or financial benefits to persons who win up sports betting tickets or similar things by issuing them.

Nevertheless, from July 1, 2013 to November 10, 2013, the Defendants established a J, which is an illegal sports soil site, in collusion with K, and opened an account in the name of Defendant B (M) and one bank (N) account as an account to be used in committing a crime, and opened the account in the name of Defendant B (M) and one bank (N) account.
