Purport of claim and appeal

Reasons
1. The following facts can be acknowledged in full view of the contents of insurance contract and insurance claim Nos. 6, 7, 7, 7, and 9, and the fact inquiry results with respect to C Hospital Head of this Court and the purport of the whole pleadings.
B On November 15, 2002, between the Plaintiff Company and the principal insured, from November 15, 2002 to November 15, 2054 (the maturity of 80 years to November 15, 205) ① the insurance money in the event of a after-paid disability less than 80% due to a general injury, shall be paid according to the relevant payment rate; ② the insurance money shall be KRW 20,000,000 in the event of death or a first-class disability due to a disease; and ② the insurance money shall be KRW 20,000 in the event of death or a first-class disability; and from November 15, 2002 to November 15, 204, the insurance money shall be KRW 50,000 in accordance with a special agreement (the maturity of 70 years to November 15, 204).
B. On August 6, 2007, the Defendant was diagnosed as 0.1 in each eye’s correction eyesight, and was diagnosed as 0.1 in Jeju University Hospital on August 7, 2007, with two snow 0.15 in the left eye of the snow, and with the low eyesight diagnosis due to the gymmetric and opical transformation.
C. On August 16, 2007, the Defendant filed a claim for insurance proceeds with the Plaintiff Company, and the Defendant was flicked by telephone to the Plaintiff Company for 2 to 3 years, and the Plaintiff Company was flicked, and the snow was flicked and well flicked, and got a disability examination. Prior to this, the Defendant stated that the snow was never treated, and that the snow was flicked, and that the hospital was expected to receive treatment in Seoul.
