Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is engaged in driving a car in QM3.

At around 17:00 on March 31, 2015, the Defendant driven the said CMMM-car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.153%, and continued to drive the said CM-M-U.S. car along the TM-U.S. TM-U.S. TM-U.S. TM-U.S.-U.S. TM-U.S. road along the TM-U.S. TM-U.S. TM-U.S. TM-U.S.
