1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) On December 15, 1971, the non-party C was the owner of the 8th 1st 6th fluoral of D forest land at the time of residence. 2) After the non-party E completed registration of preservation of ownership in accordance with the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Forest Land (Act No. 2111 and hereinafter “former Special Measures Act”).

3) Meanwhile, on February 19, 1981, the above forest was 4,354 square meters of F forest land (hereinafter “1 information at the time of division”) and was converted into a unit of area as above on September 22, 1992.

In regard to other forests and fields, only the total area before and after conversion of the area unit shall be indicated.

In addition, the above forest land is referred to as "F forest".

(2) G forest land is 40,264 square meters (hereinafter “G forest”).

(3) H 19,835 square meters (hereinafter “H forest”).

(4) The term “I forest” is 10,909 square meters of I forest land (hereinafter “I forest”) and “I forest land” is referred to as “I forest land” when F forest land or I forest land is referred to.

B. The registration was made in installments. B. On February 19, 1981, the registration of ownership transfer based on the sale on January 15, 1973 for F forest land was made in the name of Nonparty J on February 19, 1981; the registration of ownership transfer based on the sale on October 22, 1972 for H forest land was made in the name of Nonparty K on March 11, 1981; and the registration of ownership transfer based on the sale on February 3, 1972 for I forest land was made in the name of Nonparty L on February 19, 1981.

2) On August 22, 1982, with respect to the portion of G forest, ① 14,876/40,264 on August 22, 1982, the registration of transfer of ownership was made on March 15, 1972 in the name of Nonparty M.
