On March 2, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.156% during blood transfusion around 03:25, driven BSS5 car at a section of approximately 400 meters to the front road of Samsung Bio-dong located in the same Gu, on the front of the restaurant where the trade name located in the Busan Jin-gu Busan is unknown.
