Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car at the fourth city as the defendant.

On March 18, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 500 meters at a distance of 0.065% from the road near a printed aggregate located in the Busan High-dong, Busan High-dong to the front road of the Samsung Bio Life Building located in the same Gu-dong.
