Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person working as a child care teacher at the "F Child Care Center" in Changwon-si, Changwon-si E, and the defendant B is a person operating the above child care center, and the victim G(H) is a child care in the above child care center.
1. Defendant A committed emotional abuse against the victim as follows.
A. On July 1, 2014, Defendant A, at around 10:44, 2014, she set two arms of the victim in the place where the victim collected toys to other her children, put them into the body of the victim in order to put him/her to the edge of the old sloping, forced him/her to sit into the body of the victim, and reached two times the fiff knife with his/her hand.
