A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant dealt with the Metropha (one philopon, hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. Medication of phiphones;

A. The Defendant conspired with E to administer phiphones, and on November 2017, the Defendant administered 402 of the Defendant’s house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul F after inserting approximately 0.03g of phiphones into a one-time injection machine, dilution with water, and then injected them into his arms blood pipe, and the Defendant administered them by inserting approximately 0.03g of phiphonephones into a glass pipe and inhales smoke generated by burning the bottom.

B. On November 29, 2017, the Defendant conspired with H to administer phiphones, put about 0.03 grams at the home of the above Defendant into a single-use injection machine with approximately 0.03 grams of phiphones, dilution with water, and administered them by means of injection to their arms and dives, respectively.

Around December 19, 2017, the Defendant conspiredd to administer philophones with E, put approximately 0.03 grams into a single-use injection machine with approximately 0.03 grams, dilution with water and dilution, and administered them in a way of injection with their arms in their arms, respectively.

2. The Defendant conspired to smoke marijuana along with E, and smoked in a way that, on November 2017, the Defendant added approximately 0.5g of marijuana to the pipe made of trees at the above Defendant’s house and added a smoke to each other, thereby spreading and inhaleing it.
