Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On December 8, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months due to a forced indecent act committed by the Daegu District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 16, 2020.
[Criminal facts]
1. No person shall photograph the body of a person who may cause a sexual humiliation or sense of shame, using a camera or any other mechanical device equipped with similar functions, against the will of the person subject to filming;
