Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

1. No person who violates the National Health Insurance Act shall receive insurance benefits or allow any other person to receive insurance benefits by fraudulent or other illegal means;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 16:00 on March 31, 2017, had the aforementioned dentists receive insurance benefits of KRW 1,125,660 in total eight times in total by fraud or other improper means, as in the list of crimes in attached Table (1) of the crime committed between around 16:30 and May 12, 2017, in order to undergo c dental treatment at a dental hospital located in the YY-gu, Y-si, Y-si, Y-si, Y-si, Y-si, Y-si, D’s resident registration number E, and received medical treatment.

2. No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall unlawfully use another person's resident registration number;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the same time and place as above, unlawfully used D’s resident registration numbers for eight times in total, from around that time to May 12, 2017, including the unlawful use of D’s resident registration numbers, at the same time and place as above, as shown in the List of Crimes (2).

3. The Defendant, at the same time and place as above, by deceiving a person related to the above dental services by using D’s resident registration number as above, and forcing the person related to the above dental services to claim insurance benefits of KRW 27,380 to the National Health Insurance Corporation, thereby having the victim obtain pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount of insurance benefits by allowing the victim to pay insurance benefits of KRW 27,380 to the above dental services, and then, from around that time to May 12, 2017, the Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 1,125,660 in total eight times, such as the victim list of crimes (3).
