1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2, 2015, at around 00:10, the Defendant: (a) received a 112 report that “I am going to the front of the house” from the 4th floor of Sungnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City B apartment 105, 2015, the Defendant expressed a bath to “I am to the front of the house”; (b) without any justifiable reason, I am to be called “I am to the front of the seat D belonging to the Gannam Police Station C District for the Gannam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Police Station; and (c) assaulted at one time with the hand floor of the above D when I am to the front of the house.

Accordingly, the suspect interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of the police officer on the handling of 112 reports.
