Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On August 25, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on the lease deposit amounting to KRW 429,180,000 and the lease period from September 1, 2016 to August 31, 2018 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).
B. Article 9(1)6 of the General Conditions of the instant lease agreement (hereinafter “instant provision”) is as follows.
Article 9 (Cancellation and Termination of Lease Contract) (1) Where a lessee has committed any of the following acts, a lessor may cancel or terminate this contract, or refuse to renew the lease contract:

C. On November 11, 2016, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on the share of 13/55 (hereinafter “instant house”) among five-story neighborhood living facilities and housing in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu (hereinafter “instant house”) on April 29, 2015.
On November 14, 2017, the Plaintiff confirmed that the Defendant owned the instant house, and thus, submitted data on the result of the disposal of the instant house within six months, and notified that the instant lease contract will be terminated if not submitted.
After that, the defendant did not submit the above data, and on January 23, 2018, the defendant did not dispose of the house of this case until May 13, 2018.
