Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On April 7, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny at the Seoul Western District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Chungcheong House on March 12, 2017.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant committed each of the following crimes in a state that the Defendant was unable to discern things or make decisions due to serious symptoms of mental illness, due to lack of ability to discern things or make decisions.

1. On March 22, 2017, the Defendant invadedd a structure, by using the entrance door of the hospital opened in front of the victim F Hospital located in Ansan-si, Sinsan-si, Ma, and without permission, entered the entrance door of the hospital opened in front of the victim F Hospital located in G to the 111th floor of the sick room where G is hospitalized, and intruded on another person’s structure.

2. At the time of the day indicated in paragraph (1) above, the Defendant: (a) discovered a 1string of 150,000,000 won in the market price of the G owned by the victim, who was placed in the personal property by intrusion into the sick room No. 111; and (b) discovered a 1string of 1,50,000 won in cash and a 200,000 won in sight of the market price of the said G; and (c) stolen the 1string of 1,50,000 won in the market price.

1. On March 30, 2017, the Defendant invadedd a structure by entering the victim I hospital located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, with the entrance entrance of the hospital located in J, without permission, to the extent of 309 sick rooms hospitalized by J, and intruded into another person’s structure.

2. At the time of the day indicated in paragraph (1) above, the Defendant discovered one of the above thiefs, which included a document and text in the total amount of KRW 60,00,00 in the market price owned by the victim J, which was the victim’s personal property, while intrusioning into the sick room Nos. 309 and tamping the stolen object, and then stolen it.
