The judgment below

The part against the Defendants is reversed.

Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal against the Defendants (Defendant A: one year of suspended sentence; two years of suspended execution of one year of imprisonment; two years of suspended execution of one year of imprisonment; two years of suspended execution of one year of suspended execution of one year of imprisonment; and one hundred and sixty hours of community service order) are too uneasy and unreasonable.
