Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On November 26, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for habitual larceny at the Daejeon District Court, and on June 5, 2016, the Defendant had nine times more criminal records in addition to the completion of the execution of the sentence in Daejeon Correctional Institution.
