[Criminal Power] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on January 25, 2018 at the port branch of the Daegu District Court on January 17, 2018 due to night buildings, intrusion upon buildings, larceny, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 25, 2018 and is currently under suspended sentence.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On June 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 23:30 on June 4, 2018, the Defendant: (b) opened a gate that was not corrected at the “Chown-gu Council” located in the north-gu, Northern-si; and (c) intruded up to 2 floors; and (d) cut off with 85,00 won in cash, which is owned by the victim D (the age of 24), 5, 5, 5, 5, and 1 e-mail with which the market price in which the resident registration certificate is located, is unknown.

2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and fraud: (a) on June 5, 2018, the Defendant purchased one half of the victim G operation “H-dok” located in North-gu, Northern-si; (b) presented to the employee I as if he had a legitimate right to use the stolen J card; and (c) received one half of the total market price of KRW 65,700, and one half of the total market price from the victim by paying the payment; and (d) received one half of the 65,700,000 from the victim from June 5, 2018, from that time, the Defendant used the stolen bit card as described in attached Table 1 using the same method six times in total until June 5, 2018, and received property from the victims.

From May 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 17:00 on May 1, 2018, at the “Lmaart” located in the Northern-gu, Northern-gu; (b) stolen the victims’ property by preparing in advance one partitions, one Sigra, one drinking water, and one drinking water, which are located in the “Lmaart” located in the outside-gu, Northern-gu; and (c) thereby cutting off the victims’ property by the same method nine times in total from that time until June 9, 2018, as shown in Table 2 of the Date of Crimes.
