A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
All applications for compensation order filed by an applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 23:00 on February 2, 2020, the Defendant: (a) was at the F office located in Chungcheongnam-gun; (b) around 23:00, the Defendant: (c) opened a window in which the management of the Victim G, a general manager of the Association, was not corrected; (d) entered into the said office; (b) opened one passbook in the name of H I, one of which was kept in the front, and stolen from that time, from that time to May 5, 2020; (c) stolen cash 6,343,00 won in total; (d) passbook 119; and (e) cards 13 copies and precious metals 13 copies, etc.
2. On February 3, 2020, from around 07:54 to around 07:57, the Defendant: (a) released KRW 66,002,250,00 in total on 18 occasions, from that time, a sum of KRW 18 times in cash, as described in the attached Form No. 1, in a cash withdrawal machine administered by the victim K in Daegu-gun District Court (J) from February 3, 2020 to that of the cash withdrawal machine, and then withdrawn KRW 3,90,000,000 in cash, from that time, by inserting the password as described in the attached Form No. 1 (1).
3. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On February 26, 2020, the Defendant, at around 11:48, purchased one of the nish fever of 5,300, and one of the 50,000 yellow fever of 30,000 from the nish bank operated by the victim L, the elderly M, and suggested that the Defendant was the Defendant’s body card, as indicated in the [Attachment List (1) No. 4, 200, 300, the Defendant used the stolen e-mail card, 1,710,000, total market price of which was KRW 1,710,000, and used the stolen e-mail card.
B. On February 21, 2020, the Defendant: (a) purchased one of the three money net gold bars from the RP operated by the victim P of the RP located in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si on February 21, 2020; and (b) completed the I physical card in the name of S that stolen as indicated in the annexed crime inundation (1) No. 5.
