A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the above sentence shall be executed against the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a director of Japan Company (State)B, who is a director of Korea (State), and a director of Korea (State)C established in Korea, who is currently (State)B, who is currently established in the Philippines.

On February 27, 2010, from around 11:00 to 01:00 on the following day, the Defendant, G, and H performed a sexual act with the name of Korean woman, Japan, AV supervisor, Japan, Japan, Kamerra article, Japan, and KaV male worship, and I, Japan, Japan, in one uniform, and made sexual intercourse with AV male worship and sexual flag exposed, or produced obscenity films with the title of J, i.e., “J”.

In collusion with the above H and G, the Defendant recruited 10 women who are Korean women from September 18, 2009 to April 19, 2010 in the same way as the list of crimes in the attached Form for the purpose of sale, and produced obscenity films.
