Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 25, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny and violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in the Goyang Branch of the District Court on April 25, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 3, 2014.

1. On December 24, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases”), by driving a vehicle B with no driver’s license on December 15:20, 2013, and driving the vehicle B along the same lane as the Olympic Games located in the Blackdong in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

In such cases, drivers shall accurately operate the steering system, brakes and other devices of the vehicle, shall not drive the vehicle at such speed or in such a manner as to inflict any danger and injury on others according to the traffic conditions of the road and the structure and performance of the vehicle, and there was a duty of care to properly report the right and the right and the right of the vehicle and prevent the accident from occurring.
