Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle Bk5 vehicle.

On May 7, 2016, the Defendant used the above vehicle on May 23:40, 2016, along the five-lanes of the five-lanes in the Han River as Seoul Olympic Games, along the four-lanes in the direction of Han River Intersections, and changed the course into three-lanes.

In this case, the defendant who is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to inform the direction of driving the motor vehicle in advance by hand or direction direction, to confirm that it is not likely to impede normal traffic of the motor vehicle in the direction of change, and to safely change course and prevent the accident from occurring.

Nevertheless, when the defendant neglected this and attempted to change course without permission, the victim C(S. 47) driving with three-lanes in the same direction, which was operated by the victim C(S. 47) driving, also conflict with the front part of the driver's seat of the vehicle of the defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused injury to the victim by occupational negligence, such as brain, requiring approximately three weeks of treatment.
