Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On October 1, 1913, F with an address in Yangju-gun, which was prepared by the Joseon General Land Survey Authority, entered the land survey division with respect to the land located in Yangju-gun, which was located in the Republic of Korea, into the land survey division. (2) The land of this case was divided into Yangju-gun H or I land as it was restored on December 28, 1964; (3) on June 18, 1969, J land was marked into the said land; (4) on the said land, N land was divided into the said land from the said land; (4) on April 18, 1979, the said land was divided into H, Qu-gun land into the said land; and (4) the said land was divided into the said land from the JJ-gun to the said land; and (4) on April 18, 1979, the said land was divided into the said land from the J-gun-gun’s land to the said land; and (4) the said land was divided into the said land from the said land.
As to the land of this case, the registration of ownership preservation was completed under the name of the Republic of Korea as of August 3, 1981 by the Government Registry of the District Court No. 19808 on August 3, 1981. On July 13, 1984, the registration of ownership transfer under the name of the Republic of Korea was completed on October 31, 1997, and on February 26, 2004, the registration of ownership transfer under the name of the defendant was completed in sequence.
