1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The land assessment and division (1) are written out that the land investigation division for the land E located in the Yangju-gun, which is prepared by the shipbuilding General and the Land Survey Bureau, was conducted by the land investigation division for the Yangju-gun, which is located in F, and that the G, which was located in F, was conducted at approximately 904 square meters prior to H in the Yangju-gun, 1913 (two years in 1913 (hereinafter “instant land”).
(2) The instant assessment land was divided into I or J land as it was pointed out on December 28, 1964, and the land was divided into two states-gun I or J land on December 28, 1964, and the ownership was restored on December 28, 1964, and the land category was changed as before August 18, 1969, and the 97 square meters among them was divided into K on December 28, 1969.
(3) The remaining J 19 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) remaining after being divided into the land cadastre made on June 1, 1976 entered as the owner’s unrepared recovery. On August 3, 1981, the registration of ownership preservation was completed in the future of the Republic of Korea as of August 22, 1984 on the 49/63 shares as of August 15, 1987, and on January 15, 2007, the remaining shares were transferred to the Defendant on December 24, 1984, in sequence on May 6, 2005.
(4) On June 10, 2010, the said J land was combined with the P large-scale 68 square meters divided fromO, and thus, JJ land was subdivided into Qban 13 square meters on April 24, 2012. On August 3, 2012, the said J land was subdivided into Qban 175 square meters and deleted.
(5) Following the process of changing the name of the administrative district, Yangju-gun E was changed to Si, Dong-si, and the above JJJ large 118 square meters and R large 18 square meters are completed in the name of the defendant.
B. Inheritance-related G: (a) the date of the non-explosive death; (b) the son, the son, succeeded to the inheritance and the sole inheritance of Australia; and (c) on August 11, 1932, India, the son, the son, succeeded to the inheritance and the sole inheritance of Australia; and (d) on January 4, 1959, U died on behalf of the son, the son, the son, the son, the son (Death on September 23, 1955) succeeded to the above U.S. inheritance.
