A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Gambling shall not be conducted using a racing conducted by the marina society.

On February 17, 2012, the Defendant: (a) deposited KRW 2,00,00 in the new bank account in the name of H, the operating account of the said site, using the national bank account in the name of Dong G, in order to purchase private horse tickets by accessing the EPC operated by the Defendant in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, to purchase private horse tickets; (b) deposited KRW 2,00,000 in the new bank account in the name of H, the operating account of the said site using the bank account in the name of Dong G; and (c) received dividends from the time of receiving a return of dividends according to the ratio of the final distribution schedule of marina society, if he/she actually gets horse riding at the horse; and (d) received dividends from November 24, 2012 to November 24, 2012 in total at KRW 387,10,000,000 from February 17, 2012 to February 30, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the same year).

As a result, the Defendant used a racing conducted by a marina society for gambling.
