A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 15, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in August due to a special injury, etc. at the Jeju District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 23th of the same month.

1. Special assault Defendant and Victim C (33 ) are those who were living together with the past and have taught.

On March 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) while drinking alcohol with the victim, etc. at around 04:30, the victim, etc., was in the residence of the victim, around 04:30, in Jeju Island 202; (b) the victim, etc., was involved in the past; and (c) the Defendant, “I are born, and why is not.”
