Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,800,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who retired from his retirement age while serving as a member of the Diplomatic Association.

1. Defluence;

A. On July 21, 2013, at the entrance of the Diplomatic Hall in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul around July 21, 2013, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by openly insulting the victim on a multiple occasions, on the ground that the victim F, who is a Kazakhman, was talked with the Diplomatic Hall, among about 20 teaching staff, was negative about Diplomatics Association, on the ground that the victim F, who is a Kazakhman, was talked with the Diplomatics Association.

마. 피고인은 2014. 5. 13. 서울 도봉구 마들로에 있는 서울북부지방법원 제407호 법정 앞 복도에서, 교인 5명과 일반인 약 10여명이 있는 가운데 같은 이유로 '야 임마, 니가 뭘 알아, 이 개새끼야'라고 큰소리로 말을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

2.
