The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

On March 5, 2018, from around 06:50 to around 07:50 on the same day, the Defendant responded to the parking of Dexton vehicles in front of his office in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, in a manner of continuously soundinging the horn for about one hour after being able to file a complaint on the parking of Dexton vehicles in front of his office in Seongbuk-gu Seoul.
