Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No driver of any motor vehicle shall threaten or endanger other persons, or cause any danger to traffic, by consecutively committing two or more acts from among the acts of sounding the horn, such as signal violation, median line, speed violation, violation of prohibition of change of course, repeated or continuously, or by continuously or repeatedly committing any act.

Nevertheless, on July 3, 2017, the Defendant continuously 35 seconds the horn on the ground that: (a) the Defendant driven a Dok-gu Bol-do vehicle around 15:10 on July 3, 2017, driven a two-lane road in front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, along the two-lanes in the direction of the luxin distance for the yellow Fluxian, and tried to turn back to the direction of the luxian station, but the front vehicle of the straighted vehicle does not turn off.

Accordingly, the defendant continued to sound the horn without justifiable grounds, thereby threatening or endangering others or causing danger to traffic.
