Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a religious organization believers as a person in active duty service.

On October 28, 2012, the Defendant received a notice of enlistment in active duty service under the name of the director of the Daegu-gu regional military manpower office in the name of Daegu-gu regional military manpower office to enlistment in the 102 supplementary unit located in Chuncheon-si, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 905 from the Defendant’s dwelling area to December 4, 2012, and did not enlistment without justifiable grounds within three days from the date of enlistment.
