A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a person subject to enlistment in active duty service on May 30, 2013, was issued a written notice of enlistment under the name of the director of the Daegu-do regional military manpower office to enlistment at the office of the Defendant, which was located in the B, 112 Dong 801 (C apartment), around July 30, 2013, and from July 30, 2013, but failed to enlist without justifiable grounds for the lapse of three days from the date of enlistment.
