The reasoning for the court’s explanation of this case is as follows: (a) evidence submitted by the court of first instance, which is insufficient to acknowledge the Plaintiff’s assertion; and (b) the reasoning for the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as the part of the reasoning for the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the rejection of the Plaintiff’s testimony by the witness F.

2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
