A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc.;

A. The Defendant committed on December 27, 2019 is a person engaging in driving a passenger car Benz GLA200.

B. The Defendant committed on January 4, 2020 is a person engaging in driving a passenger car Benz GLA200.

On January 4, 2020, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 01:05, at around 01:116% of blood alcohol concentration, was at the influence of alcohol, as in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, one-lane road of 328 degrees 328 degrees as in the direction of daily distance from the boundary of new engineer distance.
