A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a cruise vehicle B.

1. On August 18, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.095% at around 03:05 on August 18, 2019, while driving the said vehicle, and driving the said vehicle on the five-lane road in front of the Incheon Family Court located in 882, along with three-lanes of the said road.

2. The Defendant is under the influence of alcohol with 0.095% of blood alcohol concentration at the 1km section from the 2030 distance from the 2030-distance Station of Michuhol-gu, Incheon at a time to the front road of the same Gu from the 1km Road.
