A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:00 on July 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the victim D, which was operated by the victim D, in order to take place, through the entrance, and stolen the victim’s market value of KRW 60,000, which was owned by the victim and was placed in the kter; (b) one external hump and one hump without prison labor equivalent to KRW 100,000,000.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by intrusion on the victim's structure at night.
