Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 18:40 on July 31, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received a request for a drinking test from the police officer E belonging to the police officer of the coastwise Police Station D police box called out after receiving a report of traffic accident; (b) was arrested as an act of violating the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of Drinking Measures) and was arrested as an act of committing a crime in violation of the Road Traffic Act; (c) subsequently, the Defendant got the police officer of the police box belonging to the said police box to board the vehicle. (d) On the back of the police box, the Defendant damaged the above partitions by walking about 10 times to walk around 10,00 the partitions in the back seat of the said police box so that the repair cost is 1,045,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the use of goods by public offices, thereby harming their utility.
